52+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53+SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2014 of Title 62, unless there
55+is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56+A. For entities obtaining funding pursuant to subsection G of
57+Section 2003 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes and subsections A
58+and B of Section 2007 of Title 62 the Oklahoma Statutes, each entity
59+shall develop a plan to measure the qualitative e ffects of projects
60+funded through the Rural Economic Action Plan of 1996. The plan may
61+utilize inquiries or surveys of the public, local governments, or
62+municipalities to mea sure the effect.

19494 pursuant to the Rural Economic Action Plan of 1996.
19595 C. Any expenditures associated with creating the plan required
19696 by subsection A of this section and the report requir ed by
19797 subsection B of this section shall be made using the initial
19898 planning expenditure payments authorized pursuant to subsection C of
19999 Section 2011 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes .
200100 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
