| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 73 | 73 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-122 of Title 26, unless there | |
| 74 | 74 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 75 | 75 | A state political party may receive and accept dona tions of any | |
| 76 | 76 | amount from individuals and business entities including, but not | |
| 77 | 77 | limited to, corporations , partnerships, or limited liability | |
| 78 | 78 | companies or partnerships. There shall be no maximum dollar amount | |
| 79 | 79 | of donations that ma y be donated or accepted. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
| 83 | 83 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
