2553 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2754 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 20 O.S. 2021, Sectio n 91.2, is
2855 amended to read as follows:

3056 Section 91.2. A. To facilitate the trial and disposition of
3157 cases, actions filed in the district court shall be assigned to
3258 various dockets by the clerk of the court pursuant to the direction
3359 and supervision of the presiding judge of the district. Until
3460 changed by order of the Supreme Court, only the following dockets
3561 are established: a civil docket, a criminal docket, a traffic
3662 docket, a probate docket, a juvenile and family relations docket, a
3763 small claims docket, and a business docket for business court
3864 divisions of the court created pursuant to Section 17 of this act.

4092 B. Whenever a district court establishes a drug court program
4193 pursuant to the provisions of Sections 471 through 471.11 of Title
4294 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the judge having authority presiding
4395 over the program shall cause to be established a drug court docket.
4496 In those cases assigned to the drug court docket, the judge shall
4597 determine what information or p leadings are to be maintained in a
4698 confidential case file which shall be closed to p ublic inspection.

4999 The originating criminal case file shall remain open to public
50100 inspection. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the district
51101 attorney, defense attorne y, or the victim-witness coordinator from
52102 advising any victim or other person regard ing the assignment or
53103 disposition of a drug court case.
