211+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
212+SECTION 3. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 2-123, is
213+amended to read as follows:
214+Section 2-123. A. Each precinct within each county shall have
215+at least three (3) precinct officials: an in spector, a judge and a
216+clerk. Provided, the same precinct officials may be assigned to
217+serve more than one precinct as described in Sectio n 3-119 of this
218+title.
219+B. One of the aforementioned precinct officials shall be a
220+registered voter from the politica l party with the largest number of
221+registered voters in the state a nd shall be appointed from the list

250+C. One of the aforementioned precinct officials shall be a
251+registered voter from the political party with the second largest
252+number of registered voters in the state , and shall be appointed
253+from the list submitted by that political party as provided in
254+Section 2-124 of this title.
255+D. The third precinct official, and any additional precinct
256+officials that are appointed pursuant to law , may be a member of any
257+political party recognized under the laws of this state, or may be a
258+registered voter with no de clared party affiliation, and shall be
259+appointed from the ranks of registered voters within the county.
260+SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 3 -119, is
261+amended to read as follows:

308+the same precinct officials to two or more adjacent precincts
309+subject to the following:
310+1. The precincts must share the same election day polling place
311+in a manner consistent with state law;
312+2. The combined number of registered voters in the precinct s
313+based on the most recent monthly voter registration statistic s shall
314+not exceed seven thousand five hundred (7,500) ;
315+3. The secretary of the county election board sha ll submit the
316+request in writing stating the reason or reasons for the request and
317+demonstrating that the proposed number of precinct officials to be
318+assigned is sufficient to adequately serve the number of voters who
319+are registered in the precincts; and

347+precinct so that a separate certif ication shall be made of the
348+election results of each precinct. Appropriate ballots shall be
