---|
60 | 110 | | criminal offense if either the plaintiff or defendant r esides in the |

61 | 111 | | county. If a petition has been filed in an action for divorce or |

62 | 112 | | separate maintenance and either party to the action files a petition |
---|
63 | 113 | | for a protective order in the same county where the action for |

64 | 114 | | divorce or separate maintenance is filed, th e petition for the |

65 | 115 | | protective order may be heard by the court hearing the divorce or |
