| 49 | 50 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 85A O.S. 2021, Section 67, is | |
| 50 | 51 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 51 | 52 | Section 67. A. Except as otherwise provided in this section, | |
| 52 | 53 | notice of disability resulting from an occupational disease or | |
| 53 | 54 | cumulative trauma shall be the same as in cases of accidental | |

| 55 | 56 | B. Written notice shall be given to the employer of an | |
| 56 | 57 | occupational disease or cum ulative trauma by the employee, or a | |
| 57 | 58 | representative of the employee in the case of incapacity or death, | |
| 58 | 59 | within six (6) months after the first distinct manifestation of the | |
