47	73		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
48	74		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
49	75		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 126 of Title 74, unless there is
50	76		created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
51	77		A. State agencies and public institutions listed in subsection
52	78		B of this section shall pre pare a report that includes :
53	79		1. Documented efforts and associated costs within the past ten
54		-	(10) years to eradicate harmful woody species;
55		-	2. An estimate of the amount of acreage owned by or under the
56		-	control of the state agency or public institution covered by harmful
57		-	woody species;
	80	+	(10) years to eradicate invasive woody species ;
	81	+	2. An estimate of the amount of acreage owned by the state
	82	+	agency or public institution covered by invasive woody species ;
58	83		3. A plan on future eradication efforts on the property of the
59		-	state agency or public institution of ~~harmful~~ woody species within
60		-	the next five (5) years;
61		-	4. The associated costs of the future eradication efforts~~; and~~
	84	+	state agency or public institution of invasive woody species within
	85	+	the next five (5) years; and
	86	+	4. The associated costs of the future eradication efforts.

91	138		B. State agencies and public institu tions required to prepare a
92	139		report pursuant to subsection A of this s ection are as follows:
93	140		1. The Commissioners of the Land Office;
94	141		2. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry ;
95	142		3. The Department of Corrections ;
96	143		4. The Grand River Dam Authority ;
97	144		5. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department;
98	145		6. The Department of Transportation ;
99	146		7. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority;
100	147		8. The Department of Wildlife Conservation ; and
101	148		9. Any public universities or technical school s of this state.
102	149		C. State agencies and public institutions required to prepare a
103	150		report pursuant to this section shall transmit th e report
104	151		electronically to the Governor, the P resident Pro Tempore of the
105	152		Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives , and to the
106	153		Office of Management and Enterprise Services by January 1, 2024.
107		-	D. As used in this section, “harmful woody species” is limited
108		-	to:
	154	+	D. As used in section, “invasive woody species” includes:
109	155		1. Juniperus virginiana or the easter n red cedar;
110	156		2. Tamarix ramosissima or the salt cedar;
111		-	3. Juniperus scopulorum or the Rocky Mountain juniper;
112		-	4. Juniperus monosperma or oneseed juniper; and
	157	+	3. Juniperus scopulorum or the Rocky Mountain junip er; and
	158	+	4. Prosopis glandulosa or the honey mesquite.
	159	+	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
	160	+	of the public peace, heal th or safety, an emergency is hereby
