65	65	An Act relating to the Oklahoma National Guard;
66	66	authorizing the Governor to send Oklahoma National
67	67	Guard for certain purpose; providing for

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 229.1 of Title 44, unless there
76	76	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	The Governor is authorized to order the Oklahoma National Guard,
78	78	or any part thereof, beyond the borders of the state for the purpose
79	79	of participating in the security of the United States border .
80	80	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
81	81	of the public peace, h ealth or safety, an emergency is hereby
82	82	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect an d
83	83	be in full force from and after its passage a nd approval.
