148248 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 72 O.S. 2021, Section 2, is

151250 The words “ex-service person”, “veteran”, or “war veteran” used
152251 in this act Section 1 et seq. of this title shall be construed to
153252 mean any person who:

155253 1. Has served the full obligation for ac tive duty, Reserve or
156254 National Guard service in the military uniformed service as defined
157255 in Section 14-137 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes , or received
158256 an early discharge for a medical condition, hardship, or reduction
159257 in force; and

161258 2. Has been separated or discharged from such service honorably
162259 or under honorable conditions.

164260 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
