7979 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
8080 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8181 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2100 of Title 56, unless there
8282 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8383 A. This section shall be known and may be cited as the
8484 “Automated Community Connection to Economic Self Sufficiency
8585 (ACCESS) Act”.
8686 B. The Oklahoma Health Care Author ity and the Department of
8787 Human Services shall collaborate to provide for a universal
8888 eligibility and enrollment application for:

141141 2. The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program;

143143 3. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
144144 C. The universal eligibility and enrollment application shall
145145 be provided in an electronic format on a cloud -based, commercial-
146146 off-the-shelf, software-as-a-service system with native mobile iOS,
147147 Android, and web applications.
148148 D. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board and the Director of
149149 the Department of Human Services may promulgate rules as necessary
150150 to implement the provisions of this section.
151151 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
