29	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

31	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 12 O.S. 2021, Section 134, is
32	59		amended to read as follows:

34	60		Section 134. An action, other than one of those mentioned
35	61		described in first three sections Sections 131 through 133 of this
36	62		article title, against a limited liability company o r corporation
37	63		created by the laws of this state, may be brought in the county in
38	64		which it is situated, or has its principal offi ce or place of
39	65		business, or in which any of the members, managers or principal
40	66		officers thereof may reside, or be summoned, or in the county where
