40	66		Chapter 291, O.S.L. 2022 (26 O.S. S upp. 2022, Section
41	67		6-104.1), which relates to paper ballots; requiring
42	68		certain voter system to utilize technology to allow
43	69		tracking of ballot; and providing an effective date.

49	75		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
50	76		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 291, O.S.L.
51	77		2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 6 -104.1), is amended to read as
52	78		follows:
53	79		Section 6-104.1. A. All ballots used for any election shall be
54	80		printed on paper to ensure a fair and accurate count; provided, each
55	81		precinct polling place and in-person absentee voting location shall
56	82		provide a means for any voter who requires as sistance by reason of
57	83		blindness, disability, or inability to read or write to cast a
58	84		ballot privately and indepen dently, in a manner to be determined by
59	85		the Secretary of the State Election Board.
60	86		B. Any new unitary integra ted voter system implement ed on or
61	87		after the effective date of this act shall utilize technolo gy that
62		-	would provide the voter a unique identifier to allow the voter to
