3965 An Act relating to elections; amending S ection 1,

4975 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5076 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 291, O.S.L.
5177 2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 6 -104.1), is amended to read as
5278 follows:
5379 Section 6-104.1. A. All ballots used for any election shall be
5480 printed on paper to ensure a fair and accurate count; provided, each
5581 precinct polling place and in-person absentee voting location shall
5682 provide a means for any voter who requires as sistance by reason of
5783 blindness, disability, or inability to read or write to cast a
5884 ballot privately and indepen dently, in a manner to be determined by
5985 the Secretary of the State Election Board.
6086 B. Any new unitary integra ted voter system implement ed on or
6187 after the effective date of this act shall utilize technolo gy that
62-would provide the voter a unique identifier to allow the voter to
