29 | 52 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
30 | 53 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.1c of Title 59, unless there | |
31 | 54 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

33 | 55 | A pharmacist licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy may, in | |
34 | 56 | accordance with state and federal laws and rules, prescribe | |
