375 | 668 | universities, there shall be an agreement executed by both such | |
376 | 669 | Boards of Regents describing the project, the principal amount of | |
377 | 670 | the indebtedness, the terms of the financing , and such other matters | |
378 | 671 | as the two Boards of Regents may mutually ag ree. Such agreement | |
