6363 An Act relating to public buildings; prohibiting
6464 state entities or political subdivisions from
6565 preventing certain persons from receiving certain
6666 services or entering government buildings; providing
6767 for codification; and declaring an emergency.

7171 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHO MA:
7272 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7373 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 335 of Title 61, unless there is
7474 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7575 Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or
7676 political subdivision of this state shall deny government services
7777 or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on:
7878 1. The wearing of a mask or face covering; or
7979 2. The vaccination or immunity status of the person .
8080 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
8181 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
8282 declared to exist, by reas on whereof this act shall take effect and
8383 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
