| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHO MA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 73 | 73 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 335 of Title 61, unless there is | |
| 74 | 74 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 75 | 75 | Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or | |
| 76 | 76 | political subdivision of this state shall deny government services | |
| 77 | 77 | or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on: | |
| 78 | 78 | 1. The wearing of a mask or face covering; or | |
| 79 | 79 | 2. The vaccination or immunity status of the person . | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reas on whereof this act shall take effect and | |
| 83 | 83 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
