67	67	license; requiring the submission of certain
68	68	information on forms prescribed by the Oklahoma Tax
69	69	Commission; requiring the Commission to make
70	70	available a list of licensed agents and employees ;
71	71	prohibiting the publication of address of residence ;

79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codif ied
81	81	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 130 of Title 68, unless there is
82	82	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
83	83	A. Every individual acting as an agent or an employee of the
84	84	Internal Revenue Service o f the United States shall annually secure
85	85	from the Oklahoma Tax Commission a written license before accessing
86	86	the financial information of any citizen of this state in his or her
87	87	capacity as an agent or employee of the Internal Revenue Service.

139	139	B. An application for the lic ense required by this act shall be
140	140	made upon forms prescribed by the Commission and shall incl ude the
141	141	following:
142	142	1. The address of the agent or employee’s primary residence;
143	143	2. The address of the office to which the agent or employee
144	144	reports; and
145	145	3. The address of any residence of the agent or employee in
146	146	this state, primary or otherwise.
147	147	C. The Commission shall make ava ilable to the public on its
148	148	website a list of agents and employees of the Internal Revenue
149	149	Service that are licensed pursuant to this act. The list shall not
150	150	contain the address of any residence of the licensed agent or
151	151	employee and shall contain the address of the office to which the
152	152	agent or employee reports.
153	153	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
