40	47		An Act relating to broadband; amending Section 1,
41	48		Chapter 319, O.S.L. 2022 (62 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section
42	49		255), which relates to the State wide Recovery Fund;
43	50		modifying make-up of fund; and providing an effective

50	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 319, O.S.L.
52	59		2022 (62 O.S. Supp. 2024, Secti on 255), is amended to read as
53	60		follows:
54	61		Section 255. A. There is hereby crea ted in the State Treasury
55	62		a special fund to be designated the "Statewide Recovery Fund ". Said
56	63		fund shall be subject to legislative appropriation or transfer as
57	64		provided by law and shall consist of:
58	65		1. All such monies as the Legislature may direct to be
59	66		appropriated or transferred to said fund; and
60		-	2. All such monies received by the state after the effective
61		-	date of this act pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021,
62		-	Public Law No. 117-2, Section 604 "Coronavirus Capital Projects

	94	+	2. All such monies received by the state after the effective
	95	+	date of this act pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021,
	96	+	Public Law No. 117-2, Section 604 "Coronavirus Capital Projects
89	97		Fund" and Section 9901 "Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Funds ",
90	98		less and except the funds dedicated to th e Nonentitlement Units of
91	99		Local Government as described in the American Rescue Plan Ac t of
92	100		2021.
93	101		B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all
94	102		interest and income derived from deposits to the Statewide Recovery
95	103		Fund shall be credited to the Statewide Recovery Fund.
96	104		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
