5656 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5757 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5858 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1148.17 of Title 12, unless
5959 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6060 All court records relating to a forcible entry and detain er
6161 action in which the court dismisses the action, the plaintiff drops
6262 the action, or when the court rules in favor of the defendant the
6363 records of that action shall not be considered public records and
6464 shall not be subject to the provisions of the Oklahom a Open Records
