42	42	An Act relating to civil procedure; providing for

44	44	actions from being public records; exempting records
45	45	of certain forcible entry and detainer actions from
46	46	the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Records Act;

56	56	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
57	57	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
58	58	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1148.17 of Title 12, unless
59	59	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
60	60	All court records relating to a forcible entry and detain er
61	61	action in which the court dismisses the action, the plaintiff drops
62	62	the action, or when the court rules in favor of the defendant the
63	63	records of that action shall not be considered public records and
64	64	shall not be subject to the provisions of the Oklahom a Open Records
