49	44		An Act relating to agriculture; authorizing
50	45		advertisement of certain products; amending 2 O.S.
51	46		2021, Section 7-414, which relates to the Oklahoma
52	47		Milk and Milk Products Act; adding donkey milk to
53	48		certain exceptions; modifying construing provisions;

61	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
62	57		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
63	58		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7 -422 of Title 2, unless there
64	59		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
65	60		Any person who engages in t he on-farm sale of donkey milk may
66	61		advertise such donkey milk.
67	62		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2021, Section 7 -414, is
68	63		amended to read as follows:
	64	+	Section 7-414. A. The provisions of the Oklahoma Milk and Milk
	65	+	Products Act shall no t be construed to:

96		-	Section 7-414. A. The provisions of the Oklahoma Milk and Milk
97		-	Products Act shall not be construed to:
98	92		1. Include incidental sales of raw milk directly to consumers
99	93		at the farm where the milk is produced;
100	94		2. Preclude the advertising of the incidental sale of goat milk
101	95		or donkey milk; and
102	96		3. Prohibit any farmer or producer from making c heese using
103	97		milk or cream produced on the farm of such farmer or producer .
104	98		B. For purposes of this section, incidental sales of goat milk
105	99		or donkey milk are those sales where the average monthly number of
106	100		gallons sold does not exceed one hundred (100).
107	101		SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
