| 101 | + | 6. The IHRA definition is used by various agencies of the |

| 102 | + | federal government, the majority of the United States, and the 33 |
---|
| 103 | + | governments that are members of IHRA; recommended for use by the |
---|
| 104 | + | European Council and the European Parliament, endorsed by the UN |
---|
| 105 | + | Secretary General and the Secretary General of the OAS, included in |
---|
| 106 | + | policy guides prepared by the Organization for Security and |
---|
| 107 | + | Cooperation in Europe, and formally adopted by a growing number of |
---|
| 108 | + | European nations; and |
---|
| 109 | + | 7. Use of this definition of anti semitism, although it is not |
---|
| 110 | + | to be taken as an exhaustive definition, will increase the awareness |
---|
| 111 | + | and understanding of the parameters of contemporary anti -Jewish |
---|
| 112 | + | discrimination in certain circumscribed areas. |

| 153 | + | been a violation of any policy, law, or regulation prohibiting |

| 154 | + | discriminatory acts under Sections 1101 through 1707 of Title 25 of |

| 155 | + | the Oklahoma Statutes or Section 850 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma |

| 156 | + | Statutes the state shall take into consideration the definition of |

| 157 | + | antisemitism set forth in subsection A of this section or purposes |
