5950 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
6051 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified
6152 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 13001 of Title 74, unless there
6253 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6354 A. As used in this section, "agency" means any agency, board,
6455 commission, department, or other state government entity crea ted
6556 pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Constitution or the
6657 Oklahoma Statutes.
58+B. No funds may be used by any agency to develop, organize,
59+administer, engage in, promote, or endorse any activity, including
60+any event, initiative, official communicat ion, social media post,
61+educational program, or public campaign, that aims to promote or

94-B. No funds may be used by any agency to dev elop, organize,
95-administer, engage in, promote, or endorse any activity, including
96-any event, initiative, official communication, social media post,
97-educational program, or public campaign, that aims to promote or
9888 recognize Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex
9989 Pride Month or any event with a similar theme.
100-C. Only flags pursuant to federal and state law may be
101-displayed by an agency on state property or grounds.
90+C. No flag that represents sexual orientation or gen der
91+identity may be displayed by an agency on state property or grounds.
10292 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
10393 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
10494 of the public peace, health o r safety, an emergency is hereby
10595 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
10696 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
