6548 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
66-SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
67-codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
68-This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Wyman West
69-Actual Lock the Clock Act".
49+SECTION 1. REPEALER 25 O.S. 2021, Section 90.29, is
50+hereby repealed.
51+SECTION 2. This act shall beco me effective November 1, 2025.

97-SECTION 2. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 161, O.S.L.
98-2024 (25 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 90.29), is amen ded to read as
99-follows:
100-Section 90.29. A. If a federal law is passed that authorizes
101-states to observe daylight saving time year -round, Upon returning
102-to Standard Time on November 2, 2025, this state shall adopt
103-daylight saving standard time as the year-round standard of time for
104-the entire state and all its political subdivisions.
105-B. This section shall not be construed to affect the standard
106-time established by federal law governing the movement of common
107-carriers engaged in interstate commerce or the time for performance
108-of an act by an officer or department of the United States, as
109-established by a statute, lawful order, rule, or regulation of the
110-United States or an agency thereof.
111-SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
