| 51 | 51 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 52 | 52 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |

| 53 | 53 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2101 of Title 2, unless there is |

| 54 | 54 | | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: |

| 55 | 55 | | A. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry |

| 56 | 56 | | shall not require livestock to be tagged with radio frequency |
|---|
| 57 | 57 | | identification (RFID) devices for animal disease traceability as |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | required by the United States Department of Agriculture pursuant to |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | 9 C.F.R., Section 86.4. |

| 60 | 60 | | B. The Department shall contact other livestock-regulating |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | state agencies in beef -producing states to plan compacts between |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | those states and Oklahoma which woul d allow the sale of livestock |
