5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.22.1 of Title 59, unless
5353 there is created a du plication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin shall be over -
5555 the-counter drugs and a pharmacist or pharmacy shall not require a
5656 prescription for the purchase of such drugs. If the State Board of
5757 Pharmacy finds that a pharmacist or pharmacy is in violation of this
5858 section, the Board shall immediately revoke the license of the
5959 pharmacist or pharmacy and fine the pharmacist or pharmacy One
