| 49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4601 of Title 62, unless there | |
| 51 | 51 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

| 53 | 53 | disclosure agreement with any other entity as part of a settlement | |
| 54 | 54 | of a claim, whether the claim is the subject of a civil lawsuit o r | |
| 55 | 55 | not, for money damages or other judicial relief if the settlement is | |
| 56 | 56 | to be paid for with public revenue of any kind. | |
| 57 | 57 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. | |
