40	40	An Act relating to schools; prohibiting certain
41	41	students from participating in school curriculum or
42	42	activities; requiring the student 's parent or
43	43	guardian to pick the student up from school;
44	44	providing for removal of the student by animal
45	45	control services; providing for codification; and

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11-301 of Title 70, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	Students who purport to be an imaginary animal or animal
57	57	species, or who engage in anthropomorphic behavior commonly referred
58	58	to as furries at school shall not be allowed to participate in
59	59	school curriculum or activities. The parent or guardian of a
60	60	student in violation of this section shall pick the student up f rom
61	61	the school, or animal control services shall be contacted to remove
62	62	the student.
