5252 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5353 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
5454 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
5555 Effective July 1, 2025, all park rangers employed by the
5656 Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation for a period of not
5757 less than six (6) months shall receive an increase in compensation
5858 equal to twenty percent (20%) of their current salary as of June 20,
5959 2025.
6060 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
6161 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
6262 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
