53	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
55	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 28 -104 of Title 70, unless there
56	53		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
57	54		Private schools accredited by the State Board of Education or
58	55		another accrediting association shall not, as a condition of
59	56		acceptance, enrollment, or application, require that a student's
60	57		parent or guardian pa rticipate in the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax
61	58		Credit Program created in Section 28 -101 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma
62	59		Statutes.
