49	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
50	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
51	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 7-107B of Title 11, unless
52	53		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
53	54		There is hereby re-created in the State Treasury a revolving
54	55		fund for the State Auditor and Inspector to be designated the
55	56		"Special Investigative Unit Auditing Revolv ing Fund". The fund
56	57		shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limi tations,
57	58		and shall consist of all monies received by the State Auditor and
58	59		Inspector from funds withheld from a municipality's allocations of
59	60		gasoline taxes as provided in Sect ion 17-107 of Title 11 of the
60	61		Oklahoma Statutes, all monies received from legislative
61	62		appropriations for the purpose of conducting investigative municipal
62		-	audits, and all monies that remain in the Special Investigative Unit

	89	+	audits, and all monies that remain in the Special Investigative Unit
90	90		Auditing Revolving Fund created under Section 17-107A of Title 11 of
91	91		the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of such
92	92		fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
93	93		State Auditor and Inspector for the purpose of offsetting expenses
94	94		incurred from special investigative audit activities relating to
95	95		municipal government. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon
96	96		warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
97	97		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
98	98		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
99	99		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
100	100		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
101	101		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
102	102		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
103	103		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
