48	48	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	49	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
50	50	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
51	51	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Retirement
52	52	Reform Act of 2025".
53	53	SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2025.
