48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
50 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is | |
51 | 51 | created a duplication in n umbering, reads as follows: | |
52 | 52 | A. For purposes of this section, "sensitive compartmented | |
53 | 53 | information facility " means an area, room, group of rooms, or | |
54 | 54 | installation where confidential information may be viewed, stored, | |
55 | 55 | used, discussed, or electronically proce ssed and where procedural | |
56 | 56 | and physical measures prevent the free access of persons unless such | |
57 | 57 | persons are authorized by the Department of Human Services to access | |
58 | 58 | such facility. | |
59 | 59 | B. The Department of Human Services shall direct, manage, and | |
60 | 60 | oversee the building and maintenance of a sensitive compartmented | |
61 | 61 | information facility. | |
