4848 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4949 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5050 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is
5151 created a duplication in n umbering, reads as follows:
5252 A. For purposes of this section, "sensitive compartmented
5353 information facility " means an area, room, group of rooms, or
5454 installation where confidential information may be viewed, stored,
5555 used, discussed, or electronically proce ssed and where procedural
5656 and physical measures prevent the free access of persons unless such
5757 persons are authorized by the Department of Human Services to access
5858 such facility.
5959 B. The Department of Human Services shall direct, manage, and
6060 oversee the building and maintenance of a sensitive compartmented
6161 information facility.
