5752 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5853 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5954 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 61.9 of Title 74, unless there
6055 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6156 A. All state agencies shall report to the Office of Man agement
6257 and Enterprise Services the number of contract employees within its
6358 agency.
6459 B. Reports shall include the pay of each contract employee.
6560 C. Reporting shall be made through existing payr oll software,
6661 including, but not limited to, Workday VNDLY.

9488 D. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall have
