57	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59	54		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 61.9 of Title 74, unless there
60	55		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61	56		A. All state agencies shall report to the Office of Man agement
62	57		and Enterprise Services the number of contract employees within its
63	58		agency.
64	59		B. Reports shall include the pay of each contract employee.
65	60		C. Reporting shall be made through existing payr oll software,
66	61		including, but not limited to, Workday VNDLY.
