57	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59	54		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3310 of Title 63, unless there
60	55		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61	56		In the event a public trust hospital enters into a joint venture
62	57		with or acquires an interest in a not -for-profit entity to
63	58		effectuate the administration of the mission of the public trust,
64	59		that entity shall not be subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeti ng Act
65	60		and the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Any information submitted to or
66	61		compiled by the public trust with respect to marketing plans,
	62	+	financial statements, trade secrets, research concepts, methods or
	63	+	products or any other proprietary information submitted to or

96	90		compiled by the trust, persons, firms, associations, partnerships,
97	91		agencies, corporations, institutions of higher education, nonprofit
98	92		research institutions, or other entities shall be confidential,
99	93		except to the extent that the person or entity which provided such
100	94		information or which is the subject of such information consent s to
101	95		disclosure. Executive sessions may be held to discuss such
102	96		materials if deemed necessary by the trust. The provisions of this
103	97		section shall not apply to budgetary information related to
104	98		appropriations or the appropriations process. For purposes of this
105	99		section, "public trust hospital " is defined as any hospital created
106	100		pursuant to Section 176.1 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes or
107	101		Section 790.1 of Title 19 of the O klahoma Statutes.
108	102		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Novem ber 1, 2025.
