| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 16 O.S. 2021, Section 9 3, is | |

| 53 | 53 | Section 93. Every deed or other instrument affecting real | |
| 54 | 54 | estate made by a corporation must have the name of such corporation | |
| 55 | 55 | subscribed thereto either by an attorney -in-fact, chief executive | |
| 56 | 56 | officer, chief financial offi cer, president, vice-president, | |
| 57 | 57 | chairman or vice-chairman of the board of directors of such | |
| 58 | 58 | corporation. | |
| 59 | 59 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. | |
