4848 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4949 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5050 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 115.1 of Title 43, unless there
5151 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5252 Section 115.1. A. Civil actions for failure to pay child
5353 support may be brought by the custodial parent under the following
5454 conditions:
5555 1. The noncustodial parent fails to pay court o rdered child
5656 support for a consecutive three -month period.
5757 2. The noncustodial parent purposely evades the court by
5858 failing to accurately report income , and the custodial parent has
5959 evidence of failure to disclose.

8686 B. If courts find the noncustodial pare nt in violation of
8787 Subsection A of this section, the court may order property and
8888 assets to be seized in addition to requiring backpay.
8989 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
