48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
50 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 115.1 of Title 43, unless there | |
51 | 51 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
52 | 52 | Section 115.1. A. Civil actions for failure to pay child | |
53 | 53 | support may be brought by the custodial parent under the following | |
54 | 54 | conditions: | |
55 | 55 | 1. The noncustodial parent fails to pay court o rdered child | |
56 | 56 | support for a consecutive three -month period. | |
57 | 57 | 2. The noncustodial parent purposely evades the court by | |
58 | 58 | failing to accurately report income , and the custodial parent has | |
59 | 59 | evidence of failure to disclose. | |
