50	50	definitions of discrimination; defining term; and

58	58	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKL AHOMA:
59	59	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1 201, as
60	60	amended by Section 4, Chapter 365, O.S.L. 2024 (25 O.S. Supp. 2024,
61	61	Section 1201), is amended to read as follows:
62	62	Section 1201. In Section 1101 et seq. of this title, un less the
63	63	context otherwise requires:
64	64	1. “Antisemitism”, as defined by the International Holocaust
65	65	Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), is a certain perception of Jews, which
66	66	may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical

93	93	manifestations of antise mitism are directed toward Jewish or non -
94	94	Jewish individuals or their property, toward Jewish community
95	95	institutions and religious facilities. For the purposes of this
96	96	section, Oklahoma adopts the working definition and examples of
97	97	antisemitism by the IHRA ;
98	98	2. “Discriminatory practice” means a practice designated as
99	99	discriminatory under the terms of this act;
100	100	2. 3. “Equal”, with reference to sex as defined in Section 16
101	101	of this title, shall not be construed to mean same or identical, and
102	102	to differentiate between the sexes shall not necessarily be
103	103	construed to be treating the sexes unequally;
104	104	3. 4. “National origin” includes the national origin of an
105	105	ancestor; and
106	106	4. 5. “Person” includes an individual, association,
107	107	corporation, joint apprenticeship commit tee, joint-stock company,
108	108	labor union, legal representative, mutual company, partnership,
109	109	receiver, trust, trustee, trustee in bankruptcy, unincorporated
110	110	organization, any other legal or commercial entity, the state, or
111	111	any governmental entity or agency .
112	112	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
