102 | 106 | | Commission shall develop and disseminate the program guidelines to |

103 | 107 | | the conservation districts containing urban areas. The guidelines |
---|
104 | 108 | | shall detail incentives to eligible persons for initiating and |
---|
105 | 109 | | continuing urban agriculture initiatives. |
---|
106 | 110 | | D. To implement the program, the Commission shall require |

107 | 111 | | conservation districts to enter into contracts for eligible projects |
---|
108 | 112 | | on eligible land detailing the eligible person's responsibilities. |
---|
109 | 113 | | E. For purposes of the Urban Agriculture Cost Share Program: |

110 | 114 | | 1. "Eligible person" means any individual, partnership, |
---|
111 | 115 | | corporation, or legally recognized Indian tribe which shall include |
---|

---|
145 | 148 | | b. land owned by the state or a political subdivision of |

146 | 149 | | the state, or |
---|
147 | 150 | | c. lands temporarily owned by the United States or a |
---|

158 | 161 | | c. installing greenhouses, high tunnels, or hoop houses |

---|
160 | 163 | | d. installing rainwater harvesting systems and efficient |
---|
161 | 164 | | irrigation for urban farming, |
---|
195 | 197 | | i. developing and implementing education programs on |

197 | 199 | | j. creating, operating, and maintaining an urban food |

203 | 205 | | 4. "Urban Area" means the areas in Oklahoma which have been |

311 | 311 | | same information shall also be shared with the state cabinet |

312 | 312 | | Secretaries of Agricul ture and Energy and Environment. |

346 | 345 | | revenue shall be used to guarantee or pay for any damages to |

347 | 346 | | property or injury to p ersons as a result of the provisions of this |

349 | 348 | | SECTION 7. AMENDATORY 27A O.S. 2021, Section 3 -2-110, is |

357 | 356 | | Oklahoma Conservation Commission from the apportionment of gross |

358 | 357 | | production tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title 68 of |

360 | 359 | | C. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby |

361 | 360 | | appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma |
