54	54	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
55	55	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
56	56	in the Oklahoma Statutes as S ection 49-143.8 of Title 11, unless
57	57	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
58	58	A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section and
59	59	except for persons receiving benefits pursuant to Section 49 -101 of
60	60	Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statu tes, any member receiving benefits
61	61	from the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System as of
62	62	June 30, 2025, who continues to receive benefits on or after July 1,
63	63	2025, shall receive an increase in benefits of two percent (2%). RBH No. 11160

90	90	B. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
91	91	pursuant to repealed Section 49 -136 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma
92	92	Statutes after June 30, 2020, shall be used to offset the increase
93	93	in benefits provided in subsection A of this section.
94	94	C. Effective July 1, 202 5, any person receiving benefits
95	95	pursuant to Section 49 -101 of Title 11 of the Okla homa Statutes
96	96	shall each receive an increase in benefits of two percent (2%) to:
97	97	1. Seven Dollars and sixty-eight cents ($7.68) per year of
98	98	credited service, not to exceed thirt y (30) years of service if the
99	99	person's retirement benefit was not adjusted pursuant to the
100	100	provisions of Section 49 -143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
101	101	2. Seven Dollars and eighty-three cents ($7.83) per year of
102	102	credited service, not to exceed th irty (30) years of service if the
103	103	person's retirement benefit was adjusted pur suant to Section 49-
104	104	143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes from a base amount of
105	105	Seven Dollars and sixty -eight cents ($7.68); or
106	106	3. Seven Dollars and ninety-nine cents ($7.99) per year of
107	107	credited service, not to exceed thirty (30) years of service if the
108	108	person's retirement benefit was adjusted pursuant to Section 49 -
109	109	143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes from a base amount of
110	110	Seven Dollars and eighty -three cents ($7.83).
111	111	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifi ed
112	112	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 50 -136.10 of Title 11, unless

148	148	benefits, if any, provided by this section.
149	149	SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
150	150	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1104L of Title 20, unless there
151	151	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
152	152	Any member receiving benefits from the Uniform Retirement System
153	153	for Justices and Judges as of June 30, 2025, who continues to
154	154	receive benefits on or after July 1, 2025, sh all receive an increase
155	155	in benefits of two percent (2%).
156	156	SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
157	157	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -305.13 of Title 47, unless
158	158	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
159	159	A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any
160	160	member receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement
161	161	Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, who continu es to receive
162	162	benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in

197	197	A. Any person receiving benefits f rom the Teachers' Retirement
198	198	System of Oklahoma as of June 30, 2025, other than those benefits
199	199	specified in subsection B of this section, who continues to receive
200	200	benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in
201	201	benefits of two percent (2%).
202	202	B. Any person receiving benefits pursuant to subsection D of
203	203	Section 17-105 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes whose benefits
204	204	commenced prior to July 1, 2020, and who continu es to receive
205	205	benefits on or after July 1, 2020, shall receive an increase in
206	206	benefits of two percent (2%).
207	207	SECTION 6. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
208	208	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 930.12 of Title 74, unless there
209	209	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
210	210	Any member receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Public Employees
211	211	Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, who continues to receive
212	212	benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in
