4040 An Act relating to public retirement systems;

5454 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5555 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5656 in the Oklahoma Statutes as S ection 49-143.8 of Title 11, unless
5757 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5858 A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section and
5959 except for persons receiving benefits pursuant to Section 49 -101 of
6060 Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statu tes, any member receiving benefits
6161 from the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System as of
6262 June 30, 2025, who continues to receive benefits on or after July 1,

9090 B. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
9191 pursuant to repealed Section 49 -136 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma
9292 Statutes after June 30, 2020, shall be used to offset the increase
9393 in benefits provided in subsection A of this section.
9494 C. Effective July 1, 202 5, any person receiving benefits
9595 pursuant to Section 49 -101 of Title 11 of the Okla homa Statutes
9696 shall each receive an increase in benefits of two percent (2%) to:
9797 1. Seven Dollars and sixty-eight cents ($7.68) per year of
9898 credited service, not to exceed thirt y (30) years of service if the
9999 person's retirement benefit was not adjusted pursuant to the
100100 provisions of Section 49 -143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
101101 2. Seven Dollars and eighty-three cents ($7.83) per year of
102102 credited service, not to exceed th irty (30) years of service if the
103103 person's retirement benefit was adjusted pur suant to Section 49-
104104 143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes from a base amount of
105105 Seven Dollars and sixty -eight cents ($7.68); or
106106 3. Seven Dollars and ninety-nine cents ($7.99) per year of
107107 credited service, not to exceed thirty (30) years of service if the
108108 person's retirement benefit was adjusted pursuant to Section 49 -
109109 143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes from a base amount of
110110 Seven Dollars and eighty -three cents ($7.83).
111111 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifi ed
112112 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 50 -136.10 of Title 11, unless

140140 A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any
141141 member receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Police Pension and
142142 Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, who continues to receive
143143 benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receiv e an increase in
144144 benefits of two percent (2%).
145145 B. Any increase in b enefits a person is eligible to receive
146146 pursuant to repealed Section 50 -120 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma
147147 Statutes, after June 30, 2020, shall be offset by the increase in
148148 benefits, if any, provided by this section.
149149 SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
150150 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1104L of Title 20, unless there
151151 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
152152 Any member receiving benefits from the Uniform Retirement System
153153 for Justices and Judges as of June 30, 2025, who continues to
154154 receive benefits on or after July 1, 2025, sh all receive an increase
155155 in benefits of two percent (2%).
156156 SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
157157 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -305.13 of Title 47, unless
158158 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
159159 A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any
160160 member receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement
161161 Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, who continu es to receive
162162 benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in

190190 B. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
191191 pursuant to subsection B, C, or D of Section 2 -305 of Title 47 of
192192 the Oklahoma Statutes after July 1, 2025, shall be offset by the
193193 increase in benefits provided by this section.
194194 SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
195195 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 17 -116.23 of Title 70, unless
196196 there is created a d uplication in numbering, reads as follows:
197197 A. Any person receiving benefits f rom the Teachers' Retirement
198198 System of Oklahoma as of June 30, 2025, other than those benefits
199199 specified in subsection B of this section, who continues to receive
200200 benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in
201201 benefits of two percent (2%).
202202 B. Any person receiving benefits pursuant to subsection D of
203203 Section 17-105 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes whose benefits
204204 commenced prior to July 1, 2020, and who continu es to receive
205205 benefits on or after July 1, 2020, shall receive an increase in
206206 benefits of two percent (2%).
207207 SECTION 6. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
208208 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 930.12 of Title 74, unless there
209209 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
210210 Any member receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Public Employees
211211 Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, who continues to receive
212212 benefits on or after July 1, 2025, shall receive an increase in
