404 | 396 | | Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, during the period |

405 | 397 | | beginning January 1, 2002, and ending December 31, 2003, may make an |
---|
406 | 398 | | election to begin participation in the plans offered by the Office |
---|
407 | 399 | | on or before December 31, 2003, in the same manner as other |
---|
408 | 400 | | participating retired or vested members. The employer, assisted by |
---|
409 | 401 | | the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall notify by |

410 | 402 | | October 1, 2003, all members who have either retired from the System |
---|

---|

453 | 444 | | this act March 1, 2004, and that is not composed of state or |
---|
454 | 445 | | education employees must shall have one hundred percent (100%) |
---|
455 | 446 | | participation in the health plan offered pursuant to the Oklahoma |
---|
456 | 447 | | Employees Insurance and Benefits Act. |
---|
457 | 448 | | SECTION 4. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. |
