48	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	56		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
50	57		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
51	58		This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Space
52	59		Renaissance Act".
53	60		SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Space
54	61		Industry Development Authority from any monies not otherwise
55	62		appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
56	63		the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 6, the sum of One Million Three
57		-	Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000.00) or so much thereof as may
58		-	be necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Oklahoma Space
59		-	Industry Development Authority by law.

86	94		SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Space
87	95		Industry Development Authority from any monies not otherwise
88	96		appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
89	97		the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 6, the sum of Thirty-five Million
90	98		Dollars ($35,000,000.00) or so muc h thereof as may be necessary to
91	99		accomplish infrastructure investments at the Oklahoma Air and Space
92	100		Port to support testing and launching of spacecraft and for s cience,
93	101		technology, engineering, and math (STEM) engagement activities.
94	102		SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Space
95	103		Industry Development Authority from any monies not otherwise
96	104		appropriated from the General Revenue Fund o f the State Treasury for
97	105		the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 6, the sum of Fifteen Million
98	106		Dollars ($15,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
99	107		accomplish infrastructure and programmatic investments in a
100	108		microgravity research consortium focuse d on applied science for
101	109		commercialization activities at the Oklahoma City Innovation
102	110		District in partnership with Oklahoma -based independent research
103	111		institutes.
104	112		SECTION 5. This act shall become effective July 1, 202 5.
105	113		SECTION 6. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
106	114		of the public peace, health or sa fety, an emergency is hereby
107		-	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
108		-	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
