| 50 | 50 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 51 | 51 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 103, is |

| 53 | 53 | | Section 103. A. It shall not be necessary to publish a legal |

| 54 | 54 | | notice, when published in a daily newspaper or in a semiweekly |
|---|
| 55 | 55 | | newspaper, in every issue thereof, but it shall be sufficient to |

| 56 | 56 | | publish such notice one (1) day each week during the required period |

| 57 | 57 | | of publication. Said one (1) day of publishing legal notice each |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | week may be any day of the week in which the newspaper is published |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | but the said legal notice must appear in said newspap er on the same |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | day each week during the required period of publication as it w as |
|---|

| 88 | 88 | | B. Legal notices, within the meaning of this act, shall include |

| 91 | 91 | | C. It shall be sufficient for county governments to post legal |
|---|
| 92 | 92 | | notices to their public website, if available, for any legal notice |
|---|
| 93 | 93 | | that has a statutory requirement of newspaper publication. Legal |
|---|
| 94 | 94 | | notices shall be displayed for the same required perio d of |
|---|
| 95 | 95 | | publication as for legal notices in newspaper publication. Legal |
|---|
| 96 | 96 | | notices shall be located on a dedicated webpage for legal notices |
|---|
| 97 | 97 | | and shall be easily identifiable and accessible from the county |
|---|
| 98 | 98 | | website homepage. |
|---|
| 99 | 99 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. |
