47	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
48	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
49	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7401-101 of Title 10, unless
50	57		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
51	58		A. The foster care maintenance payment for Resource Parents who
52	59		are traditional foster parents shall be at least:
53	60		1. Twenty-two Dollars and seventy -two cents ($22.72) per day,
54	61		or Six Hundred Eighty -one Dollars and sixty cents ($681.60) per
55	62		month, for a child who is zero (0) years to five (5) years of age;
56		-	2. Twenty-five Dollars and forty -two cents ($25.42) per day, or
57		-	Seven Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and sixty cents ($762.60) per month,
58		-	for a child who is six (6) to twelve (12) years of ag e; and

	90	+	2. Twenty-five Dollars and forty-two cents ($25.42) per day, or
	91	+	Seven Hundred Sixty-two Dollars and sixty cents ($762.60) per month,
	92	+	for a child who is six (6) to twelve (12) years of age; and
85	93		3. Twenty-seven Dollars and sixty -two cents ($27.62) per day,
86	94		or Eight Hundred Twe nty-eight Dollars and sixty cents ($828.60) per
87	95		month, for a child who is thirteen (13) year s of age or older.
88	96		B. The Director of the Department of Human Services shall
89	97		review the foster care maintenance payment rates annually, pursuant
90	98		to 45 C.F.R., Section 1356.21(m), to assure appropriateness and may
91	99		authorize a foster care main tenance payment in an amount greater
92	100		than is specified in subsection A of this section.
93	101		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
