5752 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE O F THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5853 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5954 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4005 of Title 56, unless there
6055 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6156 A. For Medicaid managed car e plans, the Oklahoma Health Care
6257 Authority shall ensure that the insurers, health plans, and managed
6358 care plans comply with federal and state laws, rules, and
6459 regulations applicable to coverage for mental health or substa nce
6560 use disorder services.

93-B. Contracts with Medicaid managed care plans must require
