| 51 | 60 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 61 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1501 of Title 60, unless there | |
| 53 | 62 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | - | A. Utility scale solar energy and associated battery storage | |
| 55 | - | facilities, excluding residential solar energy panels, shall have | |
| 56 | - | the following setback requirem ents: | |
| 57 | - | 1. Shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of an | |
| 58 | - | occupied residence unle ss waived in writing by the owner of the | |
| 59 | - | residence; | |
| 60 | - | 2. Shall not be located within fifty (50) feet of any outer | |
| 61 | - | boundary of the facility property; | |
