110 | 108 | | judges; |

111 | 109 | | 2. The term “commercial entity” means any corporation, |
---|
112 | 110 | | partnership, limited partn ership, proprietorship, sole |
---|
113 | 111 | | proprietorship, firm, enterprise, franchise, or association engaged |
---|
114 | 112 | | in the buying or selling of goods or services for profit; |
---|
115 | 113 | | 3. The term “covered information” means: |
---|
116 | 114 | | a. a home address, including primary residence or |
---|
117 | 115 | | secondary residences of an at-risk individual, |
---|
118 | 116 | | b. a home or personal mobile telephone number, or the |
---|
119 | 117 | | direct telephone number of a government -issued cell |

216 | 212 | | b. enables users to create accounts or profiles specific |

217 | 213 | | to the medium or to import profiles from another |
---|

---|

312 | 306 | | 3. Executes a confidentiality agreement with the state agency. |

412 | 404 | | enforcement personnel ” means a spouse, child by birth or adoption, |
---|
413 | 405 | | stepchild or parent living at the same residence as the law |
---|
414 | 406 | | enforcement personnel. |
---|
415 | 407 | | SECTION 6. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025. |
---|
416 | 408 | | SECTION 7. It being immediately necessary for the preservation |
---|
417 | 409 | | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby |
---|
418 | 410 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect an d |
---|
419 | 411 | | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. |
