4040 An Act relating to presidential rights; declaring,
4141 enacting, and confirming that present and past
4242 presidents of the United States are ve sted with
4343 voting rights in the State of Oklahoma; granting
4444 present and past presidents of the United States the
4545 right to possess and carry firearms or weapons in the
4646 State of Oklahoma; providing for codification; and

5252 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5353 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5454 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2201 of Title 25, unless there
5555 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows :
5656 A. In recognition that President Donald J. Trump, as both the
5757 45th and 47th President of the United States, has been wronged by
5858 the actions of another state for political purposes to denigrate his
5959 rights, we do hereby declare, enact, and confirm that,
6060 notwithstanding any other provision of law, present or past
6161 presidents of the United States, regardless of actions by other
6262 states, are vested always with the right to register to vote and
6363 cast a ballot in federal, state, county, or municipal elections in

9090 the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to 4 -101 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma
9191 Statutes.
9292 B. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a president or
9393 former president of the United States shall have the right to
9494 possess any firearm or other weapon and the right to carry a
9595 handgun, concealed or unconcealed, pursuant to the provisions of the
9696 Oklahoma Self-Defense Act, or as otherwise permitted by law. In
9797 addition, the person shall be immune from and not subject to
9898 criminal prosecution for any alleged violation of sub section A of
9999 Section 1283 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
100100 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
