50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3 of Article V of the Oklahoma
52	52	Constitution, there is hereby ordered the following legislative
53	53	referendum which shall be filed with the Secretary of State and
54	54	addressed to the Governor of the state, who shall submit the same to
55	55	the people for their approval or rejection at the next General
56	56	Election.
57	57	Shall a constitutional convention be called pursuant to Section
58	58	2 of Article 24 of the Oklahoma Constitution?
59	59	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Question as set
60	60	forth in SECTION 1 of this measure shall be in the following form:

89	89	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
90	90	Pursuant to Section 3 of Article 5 of the Oklahoma Constitution,
91	91	and as required by Section 2 of Article 24 of the Ok lahoma
92	92	Constitution, shall a convention to consider revisions to the
93	93	Oklahoma Constitution occur?
94	94	SHALL THE PROPOSAL BE APPROVED?
95	95	FOR THE PROPOSAL — YES _____________
96	96	AGAINST THE PROPOSAL — NO _____________
97	97	SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of t he House of Representatives,
98	98	immediately after the passage of this act, shall prepare and file
99	99	one copy thereof, including the Ballot Title set forth in SECTION 2
100	100	hereof, with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney
