4040 An Act relating to labor; modifying license renewal

4848 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4949 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5050 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6012 of Title 59, unless there
5151 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5252 A. State-issued licenses shall automatically renew after ninety
5353 (90) days of expiration under the following conditions:
5454 1. Licensee submitted an application for renewal meeting all
5555 necessary requirements for the relevant license before the
5656 expiration date; and
5757 2. Licensee remains in good standing with the relevant agency.
5858 B. For purposes of this section, "in good standing" means:
5959 1. The licensee had a valid license at the time of the
