40	40	An Act relating to labor; modifying license renewal
41	41	procedures; requiring automatic renewal after a
42	42	certain period; providing for codi fication; and

48	48	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	49	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
50	50	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6012 of Title 59, unless there
51	51	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
52	52	A. State-issued licenses shall automatically renew after ninety
53	53	(90) days of expiration under the following conditions:
54	54	1. Licensee submitted an application for renewal meeting all
55	55	necessary requirements for the relevant license before the
56	56	expiration date; and
57	57	2. Licensee remains in good standing with the relevant agency.
58	58	B. For purposes of this section, "in good standing" means:
59	59	1. The licensee had a valid license at the time of the
60	60	application; and

88	88	the time of automatic renewal.
89	89	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
