50	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 425, O.S.L.
52	59		2024 (74 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 2294.1), is amended to read as
53	60		follows:
54	61		Section 2294.1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a
55	62		revolving fund for the Oklahoma Historical Society, to be designated
56	63		the "Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture Supplemental Revolving
57	64		Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal
58	65		year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
59	66		Oklahoma Historical Society from appropriations of the Legislature
60		-	designated for deposi t in this fund. All monies accruing to the
61		-	credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and
62		-	expended to provide funding for repairs, planning, staging,

	95	+	credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted an d
	96	+	expended to provide funding for repairs, planning, staging,
89	97		refurbishments, and improvements to real and personal property, and
90	98		funding for construction of the Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture.
91	99		No expenditures shall be made from the fund until the Sta te
92	100		Treasurer determines that funds provided by local and county
93	101		governments, the federal government, or through monetary donations
94	102		or enforceable pledges for monetary donations in the amount of
95	103		Eighteen Million Dollars ($18,000,000.00) are made for repairs ,
96	104		planning, staging, refurbishments, and improvements to real and
97	105		personal property, and funding for construction of the Oklahoma
98	106		Museum of Popular Culture; provided, no funds collected or received
99		-	prior to May 25, 2023 ~~May 25, 2021~~, shall be counted toward the
100		-	~~amount. Expenditure s~~ from the fund shall be made upon warrants
101		-	~~issued by the~~ State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by
102		-	~~law with the~~ Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
103		-	~~Services for~~ approval and payment. On November 15, 2025, if no
104		-	~~determination is~~ made by the State Treasurer pursuant to the
105		-	~~provisions of this~~ section authorizing expenditures from this fund,
106		-	~~all unencumbered~~ funds remaining in the Oklahoma Museum of Popular
107		-	~~Culture~~ Supplemental Revolving Fund shall be transferred to ~~the~~
108		-	~~State~~ Treasurer for deposit in the General Revenue Fund of the State
