5461 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHO MA:
5562 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law t o be codified
5663 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 342.22 of Title 74, unless there
5764 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5865 This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
5966 Volunteer Firefighter Support Program".
60-SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
61-in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 342.23 of Title 74, unless there
62-is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
63-A. There is hereby created a grant program to support the
64-training needs of volunteer firefighters in Oklahoma. The program

91-shall assist volunteer firefighters in receiving up to ten (10)

102-for the State Fire Marshal to be designated the "Oklahoma Volunteer
103-Firefighter Support Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing
104-fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of
105-all monies received by the State Fire Marshal from appropriations,
106-donations, grants, or other sources of funding specifically
107-designated for deposit to the Oklahoma Volunteer Fi refighter Support
108-Revolving Fund. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are
109-hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State
110-Fire Marshal for the purpose of this act. Expenditures from said
111-fund shall be made upon warrants issue d by the State Treasurer
112-against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the
113-Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and
114-payment.
